Since young we might have dream of becoming a designer who works using own inspiration and creativity. Your dream can come true if you like design and you always wish to have your own pieces of work. You just need to have some practise during your free time and you can combine your imagination and illusion into your own piece of work.

Making earrings is one of the easiest design you can kick start with. Whether you want the perfect earrings to compliment a new dress or you just want to add a new accessory to your wardrobe. Making or designing your own earring is simple and fun. Dont be surprise that you will enjoy it so much and turn into your new hobby or home-based business instead.

First of all you will need to decide whether you would like sterling silver, silver-plated, gold or gold plated. Silver is very popular today and easier to match with other accessories or dress so i will suggest sterling silver.

Your next decision is to choose whether you want a post, wire or leverback earrings. The post is basically a small silver or gold ball post earring that has a loop underneath the ball for you to attach your earring dangle to. The wire is like a hook that goes through your ear hole. They have a loop in front and just hang straight in. The leverback are similar to the wire except it closes in the back and is therefore a bit more secure.

Lastly, you will need some simple tools to complete your design. You will need to have a pair of flat nosed plier, round nosed plier and cutting plier. Mostly you already have those tools somewhere around your house. If not you can also purchase them from shop nearby for around $5 each.

You can check out your local jewelry/accessories shop or you can do your shopping online. For beginner it is easier to go to the jewelry/accessories shop because you can try out your design before you make your purchase. Gold Lady Earring

These Gold Lady Earring combine gold and silver with a beautiful lady finding.

Step 1: Attach 5 simple loops to 5 silver round pieces.

Step 2: Attach those silver dangles to each loop of the lady shaped chandelier.

Step 3: Lastly add the completed earring to a sterling silver earwire and repeat for the second earring.

Approximate length: 5.5 CM
